Our fabrics are put through a rigorous 30-step quality check throughout the entire production process. From the lining of the threads to the beading of the embroidery - everything is looked into with a keen eye and cleared for packaging and shipping. Due to these strict measures, our production quality is unparalleled. Owing to the nature of the trade, once a fabric has been cut out and delivered it cannot be returned to us as it's been cut per your individual requirement and order quantity, which varies from order to order.

Shipping Policy:

• We ship across India. For international deliveries, please contact us.
• Orders are shipped within 24-48 hours of being confirmed. All orders are shipped by FedEx, Delhivery or Bluedart.
• Shipment tracking details will be mailed to you on the registered email ID.
• It takes approximately 3 - 5 business days to deliver your product. Sometimes delivery may take longer due to bad weather, flight/transportation delays, political disruptions and/or other unforeseen circumstances.

🔁 Return Policy:

• Customers can request a return within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  
• Before sending the product back, the customer must inform SR Fabric House via email or phone and receive return instructions. And Also you need to give video proof of opening parcel.
• The product must be:
  1. Unused and unwashed
  2. In original condition
  3. With original tags, packaging, and invoice
  

📦 Return Process

1. Contact SR Fabric House within 7 days of delivery to inform us about the return.
   
2. After confirmation, send the parcel to our return address provided by our support team.
   
3. Returns sent without prior information or approval may not be accepted.

💰 Refund Policy

• If the product is returned within 7 days after delivery and passes quality inspection, the customer is eligible for a 100% refund.
  
• Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days after the returned product is received and approved.
  
• Refund amount will be credited to the original payment method.
  

🚚 Return Shipping Charges

• Customers are responsible for return shipping charges.
  
• Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
  
• In case of a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us immediately with proof.

Product specifications are a close approximate in value.
Expect a slight variation in colour. There will always be a minor variation in the colour you see on your computer screen/phone display and the one that is received on the fabric since the technologies involved for display and printing are different. A customer must place an order keeping this slight colour variation in mind. Please note - no returns shall be accepted on the basis of colour and description discrepancy.
