🔁 Return Policy:
- Customers can request a return within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- Before sending the product back, the customer must inform SR Fabric House via email or phone and receive return instructions. And Also you need to give video proof of opening parcel.
- The product must be:
1. Unused and unwashed
2. In original condition
3. With original tags, packaging, and invoice
📦 Return Process
- Contact SR Fabric House within 7 days of delivery to inform us about the return.
- After confirmation, send the parcel to our return address provided by our support team.
- Returns sent without prior information or approval may not be accepted.
💰 Refund Policy
- If the product is returned within 7 days after delivery and passes quality inspection, the customer is eligible for a 100% refund.
- Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days after the returned product is received and approved.
- Refund amount will be credited to the original payment method.
🚚 Return Shipping Charges
- Customers are responsible for return shipping charges.
- Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
- In case of a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us immediately with proof.

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
